Whole Wheat & Honey is a west coast style café that serves specialty coffees, hot breakfast, baked goods, and lunch.

Our first priority is to offer healthy and delicious food choices.  With this in mind we make all of our food daily with the freshest ingredients.

Our soup is homemade from scratch. Aroma Coffee is roasted on Quadra Island using premium organic, free-trade coffee beans of the highest quality.

When designing our menu we asked, if you had the time to cook at home, what would be a delicious, satisfying, yet healthy choice? We have tried to answer that with some of our signature dishes including the daily soup and sandwich special, Greek style donair, souvlaki wrap, grilled veggie wrap, and assorted cold salads. 

There are plenty of sin foods as well with cinnamon buns topping the list, but not to worry, they are made with whole wheat & honey! We try to find a balance in food that tastes good, that is good for you, and still makes you smile and feel good about eating it. So enjoy and bon appétit.
